Misanthropic Cognac and Benevolent Gunshots

I am both a mother and a manager so essentially…I’m a mom-ager.

A list of things that are going through my head:

-I miss the stupid hipster trannies from New Paltz. Those hot messes were such wonderful entertainment but at the same time I can’t wait for legit hipster trannies when I move to the city.

- Home is so beyond boring, though I’m currently watching a show on bull sharks devouring human beings and it’s fucking great.

- I bought the first book in the No. 1 Ladies’ Detective Agency series and I cannot wait to read it. I watched the third episode of the miniseries on HBO and it was fucking fantastic. Anika Noni Rose and Jill Scott are simply superb and it makes me want to go to Gaborone, Botswana SO MUCH.

- I have to go to the city tomorrow to yell at the CUNY people for fucking up my application. That should be enjoyable.

- Going to San Diego in a few days. It’s only going to be in the 60’s which is slightly disappointing although this show about bull sharks is lessening my desire to go swimming exponentially.

-Nicaragua is in literally two weeks. TWO WEEKS. It’s absolutely insane. I cannot think of anything more exciting although there are bull sharks in Lake Nicaragua and this show is scaring the crap out of me. But I mean, it’s not like I’m going to be swimming in the lake anytime soon. Still so much to do but I’m fairly confident that it is going to be a great trip. Ugh. Loves it.
